Clayton's charitable efforts center on two distinct initiatives. The first is supporting and improving public education following the Bill Gates initiatives to improve public schools. The second is Clayton's own initiative to create individual wealth by growing homeowner real equity. We are committed to making a difference by supplying seed capital and supporting programs that focus on these areas.

With over 14,000 team members, Clayton remains committed to our local communities. Team members believe in helping others and volunteer and support many worthwhile causes. The company matches collective team member giving, dollar for dollar, lending impact to donations to worthy local organizations. Through involvement in walk-a-thons, bowl-a-thons, auctions and other fund raising activities, Clayton team members are the driving force behind our company's charitable giving.

The Clayton team collectively supports many national associations such as the United Way, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and both the American Cancer and American Heart Associations. Over the last 20 years, Clayton and its team members have donated over $20 million dollars to national organizations.
